Took it easy for a few days but doesn't seem to have helped much - still waking up feeling a bit poo, blowing my nose. Feel pretty normal during the day so decided, like last Friday, to do the session anyway.
Took my HR strap today to get a good idea whether or not it is realistic to train aerobically on an indoor bike. Probably is the short answer.
