Long distance training with Söders.
After Wednesday's not 'completely enjoyable' mission on the paths and tracks decided it was best to be in the terrain so met up with the Saturday morning peeps at the club hut, got driven out to the other side of the national park and ran back via, amongst other parts, the newly mapped burnt bit. Not that I actually had a map, thought it best to just concentrate on where I was putting my feet.
Just about the right amount for me at the moment. It was a bit of a gamble (some ran for longer) but fortunately a couple of the lads were working at the cafe and had to get back.
