My first event since the accident went well. Not the toughest orienteering, fairly fast and fairly easy. Just what I needed.

So now under 6mins/km for the long trail route. A bit of a milestone really, now less than 1min/km faster and that's a PB! Lol.

Jokes aside however it could be time to start getting a bit more interested. ORingen only just over 4 months away now.

Weighed myself afterwards at over 90kg. Of course I keep trying to convince myself that the extra ten kgs is good for the knee rehab, like there is no better way to build the muscles back up again.

Also need to start the lower leg drills again, my right calf/ankle pretty shot to pieces by these trail runs. Needs a couple of days to recover each time.

Finally there is of course the left-hand side issue, still a problem and currently manifesting itself in the glute pain format. Guess I should be glad it is not overlapping into the hamstring just now.

So in conclusion the usual suspects.
