Wasn't expecting anything good here, thinking that my body would just seize up. Actually it went ok physically, at least for the first 40mins. Amazing to be into zone 4 on average. If I had kept up with stretching/massage the last couple of weeks maybe it would have even been like 165 or in other words... normal woohoo!

Orocs not the best choice, rubber studs would have been much better, heels hurt now. Lots of tarmac, probably should have chosen the C course like Simon Hector.

Technically pretty awful but wasn't really paying attention. Like the Ravinen middle a couple of weeks back, just nice to be running.
