Upton Park Run - that's 2 years in a row! It seems I was in slightly better shape this year thankfully although nowhere near to the form I expected to be in by now.

Body working well the first 3km with no pain. At the 3km point started to feel less coordinated in the left leg and then glute pain followed by knee pain shortly after that. All in all I don't think that was too bad considering I was running fairly hard.

Adjusted the saddle higher again, didn't notice any difference. More windy today however.

Tired but put some effort in anyway for the last session on the bike this week. Tailwinds again but didn't feel quite as helpful.

Rucksack heavy again as yesterday morning, took everything home with me. Weighed it when I got home, I feel a little better about how many times I get overtaken now. Plus no-one else uses a hardtail to commute, I may have a 29er with road tyres and locked-out front suspension but the aerodynamics are just plain wrong. {insert next excuse here}

137 avg pulse, getting near to zone 3. Cool.

Oooh lovely. Left some clothes at work lightening the pack, adjusted the saddle a little higher and enjoyed the regular tailwinds.
