Body working well tonight, strange feeling to be running without any real pain. Tried to work hard, take advantage of the good situation and get some good training in.
Just typical that about two-thirds in I managed to start sliding down a hill on my left foot and had to put a lot of force sideways through the leg to not crash. My glute/hamstring really did not like this and the result was pain along with an immediate loss of coordination. Managed to continue but wasn't enjoying myself so much anymore.
Not all negative, it does seem like I'm on the right path. Knee was fantastic tonight, best for ages. Right ankle pretty ok too.
