Long session with Söders. Slightly more intensive than usual, good training. Very happy to be able to make the distance.

The reflexbana new section seems to be finished now, ran it - needed a little bit more work in my opinion.

Once again the right ankle the biggest concern.

A strange thing happened tonight after I got the ice packs out of the freezer, I felt my knees and the left one didn't actually feel any warmer than the right one. It's been a year and a half since that was last the case. Maybe the stitches from the second operation are finally dissolving.

The muscles around the knee seem more developed since I've been cycling, it was pretty obviously a mistake to not continue work on the bike after my sessions with the physio ended.

The cap itself doesn't look much bigger than the other one anymore, apart from the huge scar of course (the junior surgeon who took out the tension band didn't stitch up anywhere near as good as the guy who did the main operation).

Twas a bit depressing for a few days but a cold didn't develop and by yesterday it felt better to tense up my hamstring, less painful. So went out real easy exploring some more of the local woods.

Not much coordination in the left leg, groin suffering. Right ankle pretty bad again. Otherwise ok, not a complete disaster.

Hadn't been feeling all that good through the day so cancelled my run with Robin in the evening and wondered whether I would stay at home the next day - unfortunately that meant a full rucksack but the slight tailwind more than made up for that.
