Long training at Hacksjön.

Hack by name and hack by nature - mostly normal but also a fair bit of green and some felled bits. A little bit like orienteering in Britain at times (like the very best British forest obviously).

Went for it and officially a new best time for the anti-clockwise direction around the national park (by about 45 secs). A few minutes off the overall best however.

Classic hill again, 10 reps again.

Groin was really bad Sunday after the o training. Not good Mon/Tue either. Today I took one 400g ibuprofen in the morning and one more a couple of hours before running. Not a long-term solution of course but hey this is me.
