Same again, slightly harder. Ankle tired but no significant pain, otherwise quite a promising running feeling, especially in the left leg :)

Lower back is still a slight problem in the mornings but no bad feeling at all while running.

Shocking reading from the scales before getting out there, 13kgs over race weight. Shameful.

400mg ibuprofen and pleased to report reasonably enjoyable. My hills route is mostly paths and otherwise bare rock so pretty stable for the ankle.
