Same again, slightly harder. Ankle tired but no significant pain, otherwise quite a promising running feeling, especially in the left leg :)
Lower back is still a slight problem in the mornings but no bad feeling at all while running.
Shocking reading from the scales before getting out there, 13kgs over race weight. Shameful.
