shoes: Inov8: Roclite 285's
Leg/thigh wasn't up to running seriously so i ran 2nd leg for Karamu Senior Boys B-team. Felt better than i expected during the course. Thigh was fine going up hills but sore on flat and downhill. Was clean and did a reasonable time in the end. Team got 3rd after 2 mp's by other teams
