Sunday Jun 29

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Busy class as usual on a sunday. Did a couple of old tracks that I'd not done before. Still can't do a jumping ginga. As a treat (!!) we did the will Abs track twice!! This meant 96 crunchies!! Felt dead by the end.

Saturday Jun 28

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Last time at this release so enjoyed doing Whoa, whoas
Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
did a lot of release 55 as Sam's other CD's don't work. Still find track 9 very hard work. Perhaps because i was so tired having done Pump first.

Friday Jun 27

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Changed to Pump tonight for a change. Actuqally because i was watching the tennis and went later. good class when Paul takes it.

Thursday Jun 26

Body Combat warm up/down 1:00:00 [4]
Seem to have recovered all my confidence after the fall I had recently. Great. Hard work as Sassie is back. Donna had mentioned it was easier with Katie. Foolish girl, as we are suffering as a result!

Wednesday Jun 25

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Nice to have Paul taking the class as Sam and Lisa are on holiday! He does work you hard though. Feel you have to put in extra effort as he'll be disappointed otherwise!!

Tuesday Jun 24

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Sassy back from holiday looking disgustingly brown. She worked ud extra hard as Donna said it had been easier with Katie!!

Monday Jun 23

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Busy class, but Katie rushed through and finished nearly!1
Body Pump class 1:00:00 [4]
Did lunges yet again instead of Squats which I prefer. With lunges I find it hurts the ball of my back foot all the time. Perhaps the new one will br better?

Sunday Jun 22

Orienteering race 1:18:18 [5]
Green course at Frith hill. Bracken was pretty high but tha's no excuse for mmy crap technique. Went up an unmarked track from the Satrt and couldn't work out where i was at all. Trouble with number 2 as well though after that it picked up. Was VERY slow. Number 15, the penultimate control was a highmare. couldn't find it for ages despite being i the area. Luckily was helped by a club mate. Then exited the wrong way after helping a WIM member who shouldn't have been anywhere near there anyway!! Crap. Nothing more virtually until the WElsh. does not bode well.

Saturday Jun 21

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Last full session for some of these tracks. Managed to keep the weights up for Squats/Back tracks so pleased about that/. Arms still pathetic though!!
Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Good in-your-face session with Sam despite her hand being messed up again. Lots there. Great !!

Friday Jun 20

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Foul weather tonight so only a dozen turned up. dai some good old tracks and the Warm up from the new relaese. This was because Sam's CD goes potty on the proper warm up. liked the new one, even if it does use a Pump track!!

Thursday Jun 19

Body Combat warm up/down 1:00:00 [4]
Good class without any breaks. Was rather cautious during the sideways shuffles. Perhaps it was my rather long trousers? I'll wear my shorter pair for the next combat class and see if that's better.

Wednesday Jun 18

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
As I felt fine went to class tonight. Not many there. Sam injured again, as she had to have another op on her finger. Then to cap it all her son broke his leg at school yesterday!! Nice to do some old tracks. Still can't get a couple of the CD's to play the warm up track.

Tuesday Jun 17

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
What a disaster!! Fell over on my backside with a huge bang and hit my head on the floor during the warm up!! Had to go and get checked out by the First Aider asIi'd hit my head!! Had a drink and missed the first 2 tracks. Felt fine, just a huge dented pride. Felt so stupid!! Must get to grips with the sideways shuffle steps. Managed them okay in a later track.
What a plonker!!

Monday Jun 16

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Sassy still away so Katie took the class. not too keen on having no breaks at all. Feel guilty even just going for a gulp of water. good tracks though!!
Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Not too busy tonight. Managed to push the weights up on the Squats track so felt pleased about that.

Saturday Jun 14

Orienteering race 1:02:09 [4]
Southdowns 2 in 1 event. Selhurst Park East and West. Did East first, thank goodness. Terrible brashings, but they'd only moved the event there 2 weeks ago. Took it very steadily trying to avoid the brashings. Beat David by a few seconds. Then did West which was more phyiscal

Friday Jun 13

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Not too many there tonight. At least the stereo worked after all the trouble on Wednesday. A couple of old tracks even though Cath gave up as she waspoorly.

Wednesday Jun 11

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Good workout, even if it was my birthday!! I found a couple of tracks rather tiring, even before I'd celebrated!! Lisa poorly.

Tuesday Jun 10

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [4]
Another Katie class. The ginga track was rather technical!

Monday Jun 9

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Sassie is away so Katie took the class. Mainly the same tracks as yesterday. Very busy, so both studios in use.
Body Pump class warm up/down 1:00:00 [3]
Not too busy tonight but did an extra track, so fitted in lunges, biceps and triceps!!

Sunday Jun 8

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Very packed class as usual. Katie did several old tracks which i'd not done before. Perhaps Sunday tracks are different!! Good workout. Should be able to go for the next few weeks as there's no orienteering .

Saturday Jun 7

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Managed to finally get my weights up back to the level I was using before holiday. Think I can get the Squats track up another yellow, so will try that on Monday. Did the "Whoa, whoa" lunge track. At least the music helps disguise the agony!!
Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Sam took it today which is great. the new instructor onlt lasted a month!! did Release 55, but managed to persuade her not to do the awful running track. Did another which was good, with a lot of side runs.

Friday Jun 6

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Paul was back to after a 3 month sabbatical. Gave the excuse of long hours at work!! I'm sure Research doctors don't work that late!! Still, as a result we did Release 54. good to visit old tracks, but memory and muscles a bit rusty.
Body Pump class 1:00:00 [4]
Another new instructor as Sassie is away on a course. Amy was cool. Didn't lift too great a weight which is very off putting. Busy class.

Thursday Jun 5

Body Combat 1:00:00 [5]

Wednesday Jun 4

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Good to do a Sam session again, as i've missed the last two! A hard session, but certainly burnt off the calories!!

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Sarah is on her honeymoon, so Katie took the class, hooray! Very busy, but we did a good mox up including yet another evil lunge track!

Tuesday Jun 3

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Coped much better than last night. Getting back into the swing of things.

Monday Jun 2

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Nice to get back to classes again. Did several tracks which were so old I'd not done them before. Plenty of opportunity for stupid errors!!
Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Having just done combat took it easy with weights tonight, although I did add on an extra yellow part way through the Back track. New lady there tonight who had 4 oranges on the Squat track. Hard core or what!!
