Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Felt better than yesterday. Having a week off classes certainly effects you. Managed to increase wights for the two leg tracks, but the biceps track was rather tough. Sorry to be missing the launch next weekend, but its an orienteering weekend.

Friday Mar 28

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Goo dto have a Friday class as last week's was cancelled as it was good Friday. Sam gave us a chioce over some tracks. Great doing the power track paired with lisa. My right knee felt a bit sore early on but lasted okay.
Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Sam always seems to do different routines to everybody else, yet they all say they mustn't do anything from the new programme as as Studio Manager she'll get cross with them!! Don't think i'd done any of today's tracks before. Wasn't too sure about loading up the weights sowent fairly klight throughout. Even Mary A was using the same as me for the Back and Leg tracks!

Wednesday Mar 26

Body Attack warm up/down 1:00:00 [5]
Real effort to get to gym tonight. not at all motivated. Can't cope with having to go back to school after the JK!! Enjoyed the class, especially the couple of new routines.

Monday Mar 24

Orienteering race 42:10 [3]
JK Relays. Out of sorts as i'd had to hump the tent and only had David, Jamie and Colin to help get it up. bill and Barbars came late so at the last moment I had to run first leg! Forgot my cap and by the time we were on the start line it weas snowing heavily!! Found all the controls spot on but VERY slow. not an enjoyable race due to the weather and my state of mind. The kids were 2nd in the mini relay though so that cheered me up!!

Sunday Mar 23

Orienteering race 42:52 [4]
Found it a tough one up the run in today - it was all uphill. Set myself targets beforehand - walk to the turning and then try to run to the finish. Succeeded, but very slow and lost 20 seconds to the winner!! I'd only been 2 seconds down at the last control. Hit all the other controls okay, but found some of the descents into streams and gullies rather difficult. Got covered in mud! Unfortunately Anne lost her SI card so was DSQ'd. 2nd overall and the only one at the prize giving.
