| Las tSaturday session with Sam and Lisa. Next week somebody called Stacey is taking over as Sam is doing too much!! Good workout. I really like the plyometric track. It would be good for netball training!! |

| Busy class tonight, so a pity the air con was broken!! Hard worked on the shoulder track, but hopefully i'm getting better. |

| Amazingly class wasn't full. Sassy was pissed off as there was a waiting list so now we will get blacklisted if we don't cancel. Seems fair. Hot and hard with no air con. Must admit I got very tired towards the end. Glad we finished a couple of minutes early which was nice. |

| Very few people there tonight which didn't mean any less hard work. sam did a couple of old tracks which she thought were easier. Certainly disagreed over the press-up track! Very quiet as no Cath or Paula. Tried my best but nobody else joined in. |

| Hard work doing this straight after Attack! Sarah had a bad back so Lou did it. She is really hard core and was encouraging us to increase weights. Managed to do it for the triceps track. Hard, but do able. |

| So many there tonight they had to open up the second studio. As usuall Sassy worked us hard, including extra press-ups as somepeople had stopped!! Grr!! |

| Having been unable to go to the earlier combat I upped the weights and it was too bad!! Still need to work on the biceps thought. It's a hard track without a break. |

| I don't often get to combat on a sunday due to orienteering. Wow!! There were 40 people there!! I had to go at the back of the first studio, as they'd had to open the doors. spent much of my time avoiding the pillars when moving backwards!! |
