| Good workout today. Felt better for not having done Pump last night. Perhaps that's the way forward!! Managed to up the weights on Squats again, so flet good about that. Katie got a fit of the giggles during the warm up and wasn't able to give any verbal instructions. Perhaps it was because her sister was doing it and standing right in front of her? |

| New instructor today. oung and very enthusiatic! Did the whole programme without any stops although was happy for us to get a drink at any time, unlike Sassy who shouts at you! Did an extra lunge track that we've never had before. When we commneted on it at the end she said it was in the programme and should be done. Either Sam has been missing it out or we've done something else instead. |

| Traffic problems so several peole arrived late. A good workout. Sam is going to start using old releases soon. Hope she changes the press up track! |

| Felt a bit of soreness in my left knee so took it gently on Squats and the back track. As usual the lunges was HARD!! |

| Good workout tonight. Sassy did some of the old routines for a change which was nice. For a change we didn't have to do extra press ups. Hooray! |

| Lots of new youngsters, holly's friends, tonight. did the same warm up and first track. must admit its getting a little boring after 4 weeks. Luckily Sassy then did a different second routine. I like the music and moves sfor the cool down. |

| Good, hard session today. Sam did some of the old tracks which was great. lisa and i had our favourite plyometrics track! |

| first class with Sarah for months. She is a very good teacher, giving lots of technique points ans plenty of encouragement. Used all oud tracks, but great music. Yet another evil lunges track!! Where do they get them from?? |

| Pouring with rain so very few people there. Think I've got most of the routines now apart from the step turns in the Beyonce track. |

| Managed to get my favourite space behind the pillar! found the speed ball track rather tiering tonight. Getting worse at press ups.Sassy always gives us extra and my arms just give out! |

| Seems we always do lunges although I know we didn't last week. they are a real bummer! Rest isn't too bad now although I find the chest track long without any break in the middle. |

| First time orienteering since the JK!! Felt good most of the time, but a couple of hiccups. Number 3, a clearing was just a flag in wide open forest. Had been passed the area and ignoredit. Relocated off a nearby pond with a flag on it. David had this on the blue course. Bracken was only just appearing so good to run in the forest. Spiked most of the controls, keeping ahead of a couple of spanish guys who eventually overtook me on the run in. |
