Saturday May 10

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
Full to the brim today. Katie did lots of teaching points as there were new people. Must still remember to lace up my shoes really tight just before we do lunges. That track is still no easier.

Friday May 9

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Good session tonight. We did the new plyometric track unfortunately.

Thursday May 8

Body Jam 1:00:00 [3]
Not many there again tonight.20 booked on but only 13 turned up. Sassy is getting very fed up about it as people are being turned away. A good workout. I managed most of the steps, but get very dizzy on some of the quick turns. Not sure how to cope with thias problem?
Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
A good session. Knee felt better andno twinges from my right foot which had been bothering me earlier today. Did some old tracks, and no pressups. hooray!! Had loads of Abs exercises instead.

Wednesday May 7

Body Attack 1:00:00 [5]
Gave it lots of welly tonight as not doing Pump.

Tuesday May 6

Body Combat warm up/down 1:00:00 [4]
Absolutely heaving tonight, nearly 50 there!! Sassy moved all the front people to the back so that newcomers could see her and stil had to do most of the class ona step. found it very disconcerting not being behind the pillar!! Good worhout though. Managed an extra 4 press ups!

Monday May 5

Body Pump class 1:00:00 [3]
As it was Bank Holiday had to go to the morning class. Different instructor, Nicky, who was pushy but in a quiet way. Left knee really sore but stuggled through Squats and Lunges by reducing the weights. Will give Wednesday a miss and see how I feel for Friday after Attack.

Sunday May 4

Body Combat 1:00:00 [4]
Nice to go to combat on a Sunday as the only orienteering event is a SOFA event at Creech Woods. That would be 4 times round the wood on paths for a 3knms course!! Very busy, about 40 again, but was able to get my favourite space, behind the wall area between toe two mirrors. Finding getting my guard back up after each move easier. Must admit i prefer Katies classes as she's more laid back than Sassy and actually lets you get a drink!!
