S6D day 6. Great area, shame about my 2 errors, one minor, following a known competitor to the wrong number 1, and majorly overshooting 3. Could not fit the ground to the map, even when close to 2 huge crags! 14 th place so went from 3rd to 6th overall! At leastvMark won the M21 Elite to finish 2nd overall.

S6D Day 5.

Very steep area at Braemor. Noddy course again. Winner round in 27. Went off line going to 6. Lost 5 minutes to Anne. Could have been podium!

Ballater Sprint Scotland race. Surprised to have a bit of forest, but only 2 controls by major dry tracks. All fine until route error going to 6. Then messed up at the end when I was confused by all the people sitting on the wall just before the final control. Didn't see the flag so ran left to a different one. Cost me 40 seconds and 3 places. Boo.

S6D Day 3. Better forest today, but two major errors each costing me 8 minutes. Headless chicken at number 8. Need to drop this scoreM

Balfour Forest. Not runnable for me with all the underlying rocks, brash areas and pitted areas. However pleased with my result. Too far to left at 5 but luckily another runner who did the same thing hepled me. Kept with him, including veering off too far north after 8. Finally got away from him once we hit the tracks at the end as I was able to run and he wasn't. Second to Anne so happy with that. Moved up to third overall.

Noddy course, but still missed 3! The time I lost here would have put me at the top! 8th place, 4th Brit.
