Orienteering race 49:10 [3]

BAOC Frensham Heights School, Light Green course.Variation of woods, school fields and urban. Overshot 12 as I didn't spot the flag on the outside of a hedge. The deep ditch at 18 was a problem but luckily a young Army guy helped pull me up! Good to run again.

Orienteering race 28:39 [3]

SN Farnborough Urban Race. Good to finally do something after 2 weeks without anythinbg apart from walking and looking after Bronte! Could feel the benefit of now having lost 2 stone. Couple of blips on 1 leg, but did less than 10 minute kms which is my target for an urban race. not much competion apart from the youngests who ran the same course.
