Orienteering race 25:28 [3]

NWO Swindon, Haydon Wick Urban Race. Modern housing estate with lots of cul de sacs, fences plus an uncrossable stream. Course was shortened by over 25% from original event flyer. I don't expect to be round in 25 minutes - not value for money. Had 3 legs with route choice out of 11 so bit of a noddy course. Confusing with the 6 & 9 not being underlined and appearing close to each other when going between 8 & 9. Thought I'd made an error and was going back to 6! Won by 4 minutes, but not a pleasing event. Be interesting to see winning times on other courses. The Men's Ultra vet was 26 minutes! Don't think they will be impressed!
