Considering the strss I was under (Having to get David to A & E just beforehand I was very pleased with this result. Beat a few people I didn't expect, and only 5 minutes behind Christine!

BADO Pamber Forest Short Green course. Horrendous mistakes at first 3 controls. Running too fast and not checking map properly. Some good leg positions at end, but disappointed with my result!
