Felt quite tired after last nights urban race. Still stuck on the 30 minutes though.

Note

Still suffering from a very painful knee. Tripped ove carrying big ladder and fell taking all my weight on my left knee. Can run, but ant weight on it is agony. Giving Combat a miss this morning but doing WSX NL tonight. The jacuzzi is calling me!

WIM Gillingham Wessex Night League event. Good course with lots of route choices. The dragon was amazing - even smoke and firs coming out of its nostrils! Awesome.

BAOC Hollands Wood Light Green course. Almost same asShort green. Best to kee off paths as VERY muddy. Not helped by finding my compass had gone off, 90 degrees out. Followed friend for most of the course (they knew I was doinh that and why).
