Rest day. Really exhausted at the moment. Perhaps the 20miles in Edinburgh was over doing it. Getting virtually no sleep with the pain from my shoulder injury - possibly an inpingement. Can cope during the day but almost impossible to sleep. Now awaiting an appontment with orthopedic choice!
