Didin't feel so good today, so I skipped the running and did some own rounds instead.

Easy running with Edvin, Alek and Cedmert. Felt good in the beginning, but after a while my body felt really wierd so I had to walk a bit.

Did 8x100m rythms and some slowly jogging between eatch rythm. Felt better today, but are still week.

Very slowly running today. My body wasn't good at all, so I took it easy.
After that did i two rounds with Alek and Edvin. Felt good.
