Orienteering in MÃ¥lilla today. Was a hard curse and did two quite big misstakes. But it was not so bad.

Tisdagssprinten today. Didin't any big misstakes, but very slowly running.

Did some orienteerings exsercises without compass. Was ok in the beginning, but ran wrong in the end and lost many minutes.

Did two rounds with Alek, Edvin and Cedmert.

Warmed up with Bobby. Did some aerobics excercises.

Skated inlines with Emma, Lulle and Rezarta. Felt ok.

Monday May 5, 2008 #

Easy running with Alek. Felt ok in the beginning, but after a while my body felt very heavy. I'm not in a good shape right now.

Did skip A, 6x80m in uphill, with walking between eatch skip A. Felt ok. Had some pain in my left calve.
