Orienteering 1:16:07 [3]7.87 km (9:40 / km)
shoes: Silva ProLite
Straight line 6.5km. Heavy going, the prickles in my knees will last for months (and I wore gaiters for the 2nd time in 10 years today). . A few dodgy legs but these were mainly in the circle in some strange areas. A few poor route choices through green, but these were mostly mapped as white or yellow, so really just unlucky route choices. One bad leg through the green and a big puddle right at the end where John managed to get about 200m on me by going along the road. Logic says that if I'd been well I should have gone faster, but I don't think that moving any faster in that terrain would have been possible.
From the splits I probably lost 6min in major errors.
Note
Fixed the wind trainer today, but still need to use the rubber mallet to get a bike into it. Still deciding whether to permanently put the dodgy bike in it and just do a few spins or if I should try and put one of the others in for some decent sessions.

Cycling 2:08:00 [3]63 km (2:02 / km)
shoes: Sidi Road
Around the river and Shelley loop with Richard. Spent a fair bit of time with CRT then about a whole 2 minutes with Rider's Choice. I reckon Richard's average would have been over 35 after that if he didn't have to drop off the back of them to find me...

Cycling 35:00 [3]16 km (2:11 / km)
shoes: Sidi Road
Oh what a happy morning. Aoife woke at 2.30 and 5.30, Eoin coughed his way from 3.30-5.00, but despite all this I got up dressed like michelin man & ventured outside. Got to Cottesloe before my light failed so rode straight back home along the cycle path where possible and very wary of cars otherwise. Decided to do wind trainer when I got home, but managed to break the thing changing the bikes over (why didn't I just pump up the tyres of the bike already on the trainer????).
