Orienteering (puttin out controls) 1:30:00 [3] 5.0 km (18:00 / km)

Not much distance covered but the effort was all in hammering that silly spike into rock hard ground.

Cycling 1:40:00 [3] 45.0 km (27.0 kph)
shoes: Sidi Road

Around the river (the WRONG way) with Sophie. Was very hard work - she is much stronger than me on the flats, luckily I was able to catch up on the hills ... wonder how long that will last.

Still feel like I haven't recovered from Easter yet.

Run 51:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:40 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15

I'm still wrecked. My calf is much better. Richard kept me running tonight, lots of niggles made stopping attractive.

Orienteering race 52:30 [4] 7.2 km (7:18 / km)
shoes: Silva ProLite

Thought I did better today, but the results don't show it. My legs were obviously tired & not moving well. Went too low to 1 and lost time there, but Ilka appeared at 2 and I was last starter so she'd lost more. We were in sight of each other going to 4 but along different routes. Similar routes to 5 so it made me keep running despite the tiredness. Lost 2 min on 7 (went around the wrong side of the boulder). Lost about 90 sec on 14. Other than that it was just small hesitations. I did get annoyed with the first part of the course - waiting for the fun to start. I slowed up and was careful when the fun did begin, probably never re-started after that and the losses added up.
Calf was much better today.
Looking at the map and my route from the GPS - I need to do a lot more hills!
