Orienteering 1:19:03 [3] 10.46 km (7:33 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X Talon

Yetar Springs - some good legs some dismal. An improvement on last week, but still a way to go.

Orienteering 17:23 [3] 3.6 km (4:50 / km)
shoes: DS Racer

Sprint training. Felt good today, couple of small errors, main problem was construction zone & not adapting quickly enough. (The time is my corrected time, excluding an excursion into a major dead end.)

Run 44:40 [3] 9.0 km (4:58 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15 new

Run home from Canning Bridge, nice tail wind most of the way.

Run 55:00 [3] 8.5 km (6:28 / km)

Around Sydney, across the Rocks to see the wharves with no ships - very strange - across the bridge & back around the opera house & a bit of Mrs M Chair. Decided I must have never walked or run across the bridge ever before as I was oblivious of fact there was a path on the E side.

Run hills (Broadwalk) 51:00 [3] 8.5 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15 new

Broadwalk Hills 3:43, 3:38, 3:41
Quite tired, sore & sluggish. Thought (hoped?) the last was going to be faster but no such luck. Will need to take my pacemaker along next time if I want to improve on these I think.

Cycling 15:00 [3] 6.0 km (24.0 kph)
shoes: Sidi Road

Run 55:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: Kayano 15 new

Official time 37:45 for the 8km. Ranks somewhere in the top 5 so fairly happy with that. Wasn't trying too hard until I got to the end. Felt good after I finally warmed up.
Lots of calf & hamstring stretching required for the next few weeks I think.
