A few too many stairs, bit long to be out plus a couple of mistakes... Overshot 2 and took a while to sort myself out, went the wrong way to 10 (trying to avoid stairs) but could not get through - that one seemed to be a fairly common mistake. A bit longer on 1 as I went out early to help later and started from the entry desk (start not set up yet). Can't believe I was not last on that leg as did not look at map until I got to the real start.... Nice to be out and good fun to run on the new map.

It was a bit boring to start with but started to enjoy my time outside once going. Jealous of Paula and Tracy who I met along the way - a nice afternoon for running!

The aim of this was to try and get some strength and mobility back - it felt like I kept even and held good posture the whole way so that is a positive.

Hip got tired after 33min, but never really very sore and fine now.
