I win the biggest whinger of the week award. After telling all and sundry about what a cripple I am and what a bad run I'd had, it seems I did ok today. It did not feel like a good run, but the results seem to say that no-one had a good day. Despite my troubles I did enjoy being out and my back was magically better by the time we got in the car to come home.

To work and back to hotel before heading to last day of course. Back still bad but was ok sleeping.

Yoga then walking. Adding insult to injury, woke up with a sore back and had to do 20min yoga before I could even go out for a walk. Talk about wasted rare opportunities!

A disappointing attempt at running. Gave up and walked back , hip too sore. I feel like I am back at February stage, not sure why. I did feel something bad last Wednesday but had been hoping that had been temporary.

Return trip after I gave up on running.
