Managed to (just barely) arrive at meeting place before Andy took off solo stride with him from St Ives to Park gates. Good to have company but I was really struggling so turned around and left him to do Akuna solo. Tough slog home into wind. Slowest effort on record I think! Will do Akuna again soon, need to build up a few more weeks first though.

Killarney Heights High school - complex and funsprint on a small area. A couple of major time losses for me -8 and 26. Good fun! We only ventured out as athletic cancelled and I was planning to shadow Aoife, Andy and Lyra were heading out separately when we got there so we each went alone. Glad we did, Aoife enjoyed her course too.

Did not do enough running this morning to make up for yet another tragic week of zero exercise so ventured out with Paula. Had to run around weir as it was flowing. Had to walk a few times as I am not fit. Good to get out!
