Ride to work. Definitely freezing fog. Quite an easy ride. Apparently I made some other woman fall off when she ran into my back wheel ... stupid me for not looking behind.

Home again. Feeling tired and back sore carrying computer etc... no dramas this time.

shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw

Mid week event at Stromlo West. Nice open area, a bit vague and a few uncertain sections. Going a bit slow to begin with but John Scown caught me at 8 so felt the need to push hard to the end. Pretty tired afterwards. OK run though.

Lost some time at 1 in vague area and then had wrong control codes... did a bit of a scout to make sure I had the right control but all good. Must have copied the wrong course down...

Kowen Forest - possibly last time before logging - need to get out here on the MTB soon! OK run, was wayward at times but that was mainly just to stick to the better running parts. Also forgot glasses so a bit of unexpected extra challenge, handled it OK but had to stop to read map.

Run 1:07:38 [3] 8.45 km (8:00 / km) +231m 7:03 / km
shoes: Kayano - narrow ones

Post-party run (almost) up Mt Majura with Nat. Met Susie and Patrick at the saddle. I had to walk quite a bit coming home, hip did not like running down. (Legs and lungs did not like running up!)
