Bruce Ridge via Nat's new loop/s. A great way to cover a lot of the tracks. Chilly to start, lovely out, chilly afterwards! I think we need to do some single track training before Kowalski... :)

Decided to head out to Stromlo West. Mostly straightforward, over shot 6 a little being high. Biggest problems of the day were getting myself up the hills and working out which of 7 mounds was the middle one... Aoife did well on an orange course.

With Nat, after lunch and after orienteering. Felt mostly fine doing 2nd run for the day but fell in a heap in the evening - over did it! Nice to be out and catch up so no regrets.
