Orange 1 at Aranda Bushalnds. A bit steep and rugged for me. I spent most of the course worrying about Aoife who'd also gone out on an orange course. The bush was scrubby and thick in parts and many controls/control sites not very visible. I should have just concentrated on my own run as she was fine.

Campbell Park mid-week. Swapped back to IRocks as am sick of trying to wear out the MudClaws. Twisted each ankle once (same as Sunday), quite early, so was tentative after that. Can't run up hills and am too scared of losing footing going down - not a good combination. Tried to work on compass today - slightly better than usual... A little wayward on a few legs but not too bad.

To and from work - on the mountain bike (with my new basket) and via Dickson. Easier going that way and pretty similar time particularly on slower bike. Much better than lugging the back pack.
