Met Nat for Sunday morning ride. Back still stiff and made riding difficult. Eased a bit after a while but never really felt flowy today.

So, yes the girl Guides still use Bell tents. And now I remember why I can put up with orienteering rules.

Made it to orienteering after a couple of weeks of Wednesday afternoon chaos. Under time pressure as took a bit longer than expected to get there so did Orange 2 - in hindsight a very good choice given the climbing involved. Fairly mundane run but lovely to be out, especially after the rain. Taking it easy due to slippy ground and sore hip. Hip really sore after test running Aoife's courses at guides on Monday (in sandals).
