shoes: Cascadia

Around the Pinnacle with Nat from her house. Beautiful morning ( while running) but cold once stopped. Feeling pretty ok for a relatively long run. Ankle a bit sore running, quite annoying for rest of day.

Should run here more often.

Saturday event at Weston Park. Did the short orange as tight for time, needing to get to Netball on time afterwards. So, Aoife and I ran the same course. Luckily for me there were a few longer legs, a mob of very scary kangaroos, Aoife had already done 2 hrs swimming and I ran quite solidly. Otherwise it might have been embarrassing. The time is coming. I did lose a few seconds here and there turning the controls on...

Taped my foot for this run. It helped a lot. Ankle was sore but never felt unstable.

Tough morning so took the opportunity of a quiet afternoon to get out and enjoy the sunshine, and hunt termite mounds. Reasonable progress.

Abandoned run effort. Had been trying to rest ankle as it was quite sore after Saturday, rolled it within first 800m. Persevered for a bit but then other parts started hurting instead. Very annoyed. Managed to get going again once I realised I was running short of time.

Beautiful morning out, not too cold and sunshine peeping through clouds and patches of mist.

Fun ride with Nat. Tracks getting really rocky. Feeling ok to start but tired by the end.

A really nice morning out after a chilly start.
