Most fun ever. Enjoyed the first half but fallen timber and contours made the second half very hard work.

Tuesday Feb 11 #

Incremental improvements. Other shoulder was sore today (joint, not muscle) but settled down quite quickly. Hard work still. Did 6 * 50m in the middle, on 90 seconds. That was hard. I was planning on 60 sec, then 75 sec, then reality bit.
