Not sure how, but this appears to be a reasonably decent run! Only real error was on 19 where I didn’t see the ramp on the map and changed my route when I spotted it. Should have just continued my chosen way instead of worst of both options. Slow after the long leg out and back. Good fun.

Under time pressure. Late changes to the weekend sporting a schedule (Rowing cancelled so now Swimming then Netball Harding a goer..) meant that I had about an hour window for this. A very wet and chilly morning, felt bad for Marina putting out controls! Good fun out there. I lost time at 1 as the track was very overgrown and had fallen trees (I went around), into and leaving 3 I didn’t see the small tracks, 8 was up a big hill, 11 I could not see the yellow that apparently everyone else used, 12 I decided to enjoy the single track, 15 I decided to go through the fence gap rather than the shorter flatter route that would require lifting my bike over the gate... Good fun! And made good time.

To work on a very nice morning. A bit chilly and wore arm-warmers, they weren't necessary after 10 minutes, but long gloves might have been nice. Rode through a few mud puddles and under a balloon - spectacular!

Assuming (hoping!) if everything goes into lockdown we'll still be able to get out into the forest.

Feeling surprisingly OK, but tired. Cut it short and then the niggles started towards the end. No energy to ride to work after.
