A decent effort from Aoife. After "school" and between meetings :). This was the final effort to finish her "Laps for Life" fundraiser. The laps were prematurely ended, firstly as AIS closed very early to allow olympic teams to continue to train, then we arranged to transfer to Gungahlin, but they closed before any sessions. A few challenging bike rides was a good replacement. Thanks to everyone who supported her and contributed. Its been a great lesson for her! Especially learning to be resilient when planning ahead is not easy...

With Aoife again. Hardly any cajoling required to decide to go to, but a fair bit needed to actually do it. Pretty smooth (compared to yesterday) once we did get out, she did not even baulk at the stones on Creek Run much to my surprise. Does not like drop-offs of any sort but getting there... We planned a route before setting out today and there was less climb and scary bits :)

Bruce Ridge with Aoife. Trying to channel happy vibes, at least I finished work early enough to get out today :). Now we have a time to improve on. should not be difficult.
