Sprint at girls grammar. Great course. Avoided stairs whenever I had the choice. A couple of mis-steps. Confused part way to 6, took a long time to decide was to 24. Too tired to run up big steps to 27...

Stromlo with O’Dowds. Best part was Aoife riding back up to the cars with Eoin and I. A tough climb but she did it in relatively good humour.

A wet morning and long afternoon timekeeping at the pool meant I did t get out until late. Glorious afternoon, with Nadine and Sean from/to Wide Brown Land. Quite a strong NWly so chose to come home via Black Mt rather than the bike path. It was not efficient.

Should have taken bike out to Stromlo, it looked perfect out there too. (New pool at Stromlo still being used for racing as AIS still closed to the plebs. I wish they’d at least lend out the proper timing system!)

Not fun. Have been very sore, tired and also busy all week. Felt pressured to go our after not being able to find time earlier. Should not have bothered.
