Run with Tracy! A bit lost around the tracks of Majura because its been ages since I was here, we were trying to avoid the hill (failed) and I parked in the wrong spot. Very happy to get out 2 days in a row and no issues at all!

I thought I was doing ok, but the heat ended up getting to me. It was still early so not that hot, if it was enough to send me a bit troppo.

Not fun. Putting out controls. Pressure is on to be faster, more accurate and generally more competent for Easter. Hopefully top notch setter, great map and familiarity with the terrain will help! It was also very hot, but I am saying nothing about hoping for cooler weather. Also it was full of weeds and my socks will never be worn again.
It was a relief to get home and get the socks and shoes off. A dip in the pool and dinner at Bolt Bar required to adequately recover from this experience.

Run 32:26 [3] 5.01 km (6:28 / km) +70m 6:03 / km

First 5km for a while and was pretty happy with it, apart from the bonus cold bath when I had to run through the overgrown path across the powerline. Apparently the misty rain had dropped more water out of the sky than I expected.
