On struggle street today. Was an amazing sunny day to be out but I had no energy. Had to stop for a glute stretch part way up the hill. And then to top things off, I stumbled on a rock and jarred my sore hamstring/glute. Walked/jogged home from there.

Out of nowhere came a stunning morning. Lap of Gungahlin Lake while Aoife swam. Perhaps I should have waited for the park run as swimming went on quite late in the end.

Had a few walks at the end as left leg getting sore (glute).

Making the most of the sunshine after having completed quite a few jobs at home (only outside ones). Just cruising as it’s been a while and there were lots of puddles.
