BF brekkie run with Shingles and Jock. No idea where we were going, but it was nice. Side creeks of Lane Cove river Im told. Respectable tempo for a brekkie run. Finished in the pool.

Running 1:57:00 [3]

Castle Cove loop, then over to the middle cove tap and back. Hot. Clagged after 80 minutes.

Killarney Loop, playing scare the waterdragons.

Dam loop with Echidna track extension. I MTB seldom enough that I feel rusty every time I go out. Nice to get in a dam loop again.

Easy half hour in the gym just to loosen up muscles that had tightened up from doing nothing.
