Note

Weekend on the feet pit crewing for Katrin at the 24Hr solo nationals, with the kids in tow.

Pit crew action. After 20Hrs of the first 2 girls lapping never more than 10min apart. Note the tidy noodle fork hand-off.

Beautiful morning to be on a bicycle. There must be a circus in town. After yesterday's unicycle commuter, I passed someone out for their morning walk in Crows Nest - backwards.

Embarrassed to not know the answer when Thomas asked for help with his Year 1 homework. What the hell does 'spiracle' mean?

Stopped off at gym walking between buildings & meetings. I think Im covering about 5k a day walking.

Suceeded in getting out of bed this morning. Bewdiful crisp autumn morning, glassy water and high tide. Up tempo pipeline. Advantage of paddling again after a break is that form improves each time out. Pipeline split 41:30.

Running 29:40 [3] 7.0 km (4:14 / km)

Never got a chance for a lunch run, so went on the way home. Different vibe in the gardens in the evening - tripod tourists lining the path ready for their sunset shots, some red carpet action outside the Opera House, then a guy rode past commuting on a unicycle.

Aiming for the cruisy/flowy feeling. Felt a bit faster than it was.

Little bit of doms in the legs after yesterday's run. It's hard to juggle sports.
