Kayak 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: Fenn Elite Double

Pipeline with Katrin in the double. Reasonably cruisy paddle that finished with a set of 30s on/off. Boat was moving well.

Katrin commented that paddling intervals much more fun than just cruising. She is very ripe to be snagged as an ocean paddling recruit.

Adventure Race 3:40:00 [3]

AROC race @ Wyong with Prong & Hugh Stodart.

Too busy to write much, so Ill just go with 'Prong was impressive'. Nice prize stash again.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Post race ride back up at Ourimbah waiting for the preso.

Good cornering tips from Hugh - am leaning in the corners with upper body only, need to lean from the hips.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Snappyish Yeti ride home. Had to hustle to beat the dark - didnt have a front light.

Gym 1:00:00 [3]

Pretty good gym session, might hurt a bit tommorow.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Rode the Yeti in for some ARS-love (as the shop boys like to say).

Reasonably snappy. Planned to go to gym but never made it.

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Morning river trot. Interesting to note that the duckings whose mum harassed me last spring, are still there - a large brood of proud adolescents.

Pretty average run. Bit stiff.

Running 25:00 [3] 3.3 km (7:35 / km)

Milestone run this one. Asked Annika if she felt like a trot, and got a positive reply. First ever bona fide 'run' with the daughter.

I could have pointed out to her that I ran the City to Surf when I was a year younger than she is now (9), but dont think running long distances in littlies should be encouraged.
