Running 2:59:00 [3]

Ran to Narrabeen lake thru' Cascades, then Oxford falls. Met the fam for a play on the new (2nd hand) kiddie ski at the lake. Early arrival from Santa and a big success.

Running 1:01:00 [3]

http://connect.garmin.com/activity/60059202

Run/kayak session from Roseville bridge.
10min w.u then 10*2min run efforts up the Nosh track (more tempo than interval, but accelerate on roseville bridge to see what I could get the GPS to - 2:47/k).

Then in to the boat for 8*2min efforts.

Good session. Established that Im better at running intervals than paddling intervals.

Cycling 1:30:00 [3]

Ride to work. Ride home. Repeat.....

Thursday Dec 16, 2010 #

Cycling 43:00 [3]

Tired. More to do with end of year busy-ness than excessive exercise.

Left the kids lying on the floor in front of the TV with that 'school holiday nothing to do glow'. Wonder how long it will take to turn in to the 'school holiday Im bored' vibe.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Rode home on the back of a Peroni. Big dog Crownie climb.

Running 1:03:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:15 / km)

Ran to work. Struggled to wake up, so I put the pressure on by leaving a very tight window to make the first meeting. Nothing like a bit of motivation to get going.

Tuesday Dec 14, 2010 #

Cycling 38:00 [3]

Snappy commute. Quicker than it felt - not too bad considering tyres need pumping up.

Cycling 35:30 [3]

Race-pace commute home. Impressive for a commute, but wouldn't have been super-thrilled with the effort if it was a race.

Monday Dec 13, 2010 #

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Commute. Beach run still in the legs.

Cycling 45:00 [3]

Cruisy ride, with a big dog standing climb from Roseville Bridge to the Crown (about 5min).
