Quick ergo before driving to Newcastle for the day to take Annika to a gym comp.

Big stretch in the evening to sort the hip tightness out. Unwinding the chain of asymmetries, starting with the right quad, then right psoas, left QL then pounded the right piriformis with a massage ball. Rather painful.

Snuck in a morning river loop as Tom had been under the weather and wasn't playing Rugby. Felt quite good, except for a tight ass giving the hip twist. Stopped for a stretch or 2. Left calf starting to feel tight at the end from not coming down square.

Akuna loop on the roadie for the first time in forever. 'Accidently' took Katrin's bike. Apart from being lightsick, noticed that the cranks are a tad shorter - (172.5). Quite liked the extra spin.

Easy ride in to North Sydney. Cold enough to wear a buff in the middle of the day.

My sneaky shortcut at Willoughby has had a nice new footpath laid. No longer sneaky obviously.
