Kayak 1:48:00 [3]
shoes: Fenn Swordfish

Crazy nice morning for a paddle from Clontarf. Jogged down to the Spit bridge and back to warm up a bit first, then cruisy paddle over to South Head. One of those relaxed, calm autumn mornings that are the sport's addicts equivalent of smoking a doobie.

Wouldnt normally go out the Heads solo, but it was such a nice day couldn't resist nipping round to the Gap.

The moon tonight was impressive.

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Ran an afternoon lap of Narrabeen lake while Tom rode his bike. Chillin' and chatting - at least he was - I had to work a bit to keep up. Good fun on a nice evening.

I've given up trying to wear that boy out. You'd think 3.5hrs of gym, a rugby game and a 10k ride should be enough to empty the tank. Nope. Was still keen to stay up and watch the Waratahs.

Cycling 55:00 [3]

(Very) gentle ride in to town. First commute to the Quay - need to work out a good route through the Rocks. Enjoyed the ride, but energy not fully returned after the tummy bug yet.

Cycling 50:00 [3]

Late ride home. Fortunately, discovered that it is possible to retrieve bike from the carpark after hours.

Still tired and flat.
