Running 45:00 [3]

Killarney loop in the wet. Had some company for this one. Great fun.....

Kayak 1:23:00 [3] 15.0 km (5:32 / km)
shoes: Nelo Vanquish

The kayaking equivalent of a roadie ride, with a K1 spin on Narrabeen lake while Tom was at gym. Nice and relaxed enjoying the glide, although hit a few of the shallow bits.

Got back to the gym just as it started to bucket down. Hehe.

Running 40:00 [3]

Reverse Killarney loop on dusk. Going to be a wet one for NOSH runners tomorrow.

Running 45:00 [3]

Lunch cruise with Jono around the poseurs loop.

Running 37:30 [3]

Quite an enjoyable lunchtime spin around the Killarney loop. Except for the ridiculous shoelaces in the Montrails which managed to undo themselves twice in 30min.

Kayak (Aussie Fenn Elite) 58:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:48 / km)

Very pleasant cruise down to Northbridge on dusk. Bit of paddling in the dark practice at the end.

Cycling 55:00 [3]

Worked at home in the morning, then rode in to town for a meeting - that was rescheduled. Grr.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

A late and hungry ride home, after negotiating the Vivid crowds to get out of the building. Some big gear grinds on the hills.

In nutrition news, jumped on to Wiggle when I got home to refresh the sports bar stash for Geoquest. Stoked to see that they now stock Mule bars which I discovered at the Cape Epic a few years ago. Hello Pinacolada and Licorice flavoured yumminess.

Cycling 55:00 [3]

Tired legs in to town, but getting along OK.

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

Arrived home just as hunger flat hit, and over-indulged on lamb cutlets to compensate. Cruisy ride, but big dog standing climb up Roseville Bridge hill for some good hurt.
