Early morning spin up the Nosh track to Lindfield. Surprisingly more sprightly than last night. Maybe recovery runs do work.

The first 5k of the NOSH along the river will always be one of my favorite tracks.

Slow, floppy recovery plod around Killarney once the kids were in bed. Tired.
