Paddle with Hugh H while Tom and Jamie sailed together on the MJ. Bit of a parent-intervals session chasing ferry wash. Glorious day on the water.

Finished the day on meat raffle duty at the skiff club. It's impressive how quickly a couple of cute kids can sell 400 bucks worth of raffle tickets at beer o'clock.

Trail dog test. Jumped out of the car at Oxford Falls and just ran to see how Maxi would react.

A bit of "sniff and catch-up" to start, but after about 10minutes he realised I wasn't going to stop and settled in to jogging mode alongside. Pleased to see that he fired up whenever we hit technical or narrow trail - a roadie he is not.

Meandered thru' the maze of little trails in Oxford Falls having a great time. Stopped after 20 minutes to soak in the serenity on a big bare rock and then ran back to the car. Great fun. The enthusiasm/enjoyment from the big black dufus is infectious.

Actually managed to get out for a lunch run. Have just been smashed at work the past few weeks.

I randomly headed out towards rushcutters working on the theory I would most likely run in to Jono. Sure enough, found him in Woolloomoollo and trotted along talking sh*t for a while. Nice to get out.

Back for another yoga session - the basic lunch one this time. Is definitely doing good things for my hip range of movement.
