Luverly evening trot up the Nosh track upon return. Pleasant wind down on the beach to finish.

Paddling training camp at Port Stephens...or support crew for the kids at the Flying 11 Nationals, depending how you interpret the week. I thought MTB's were great pfaff tools. Keeping sailing boats running for a week of strong breeze (13 races) is even pfaffier.

Paddling is v good at Port Stephens, particularly with consistent 20-25Kt Nor' Easters every day. Nice clean runs and dolphins pretty much sums it up.

Wonder if my guns are as big as Kim's yet after all the paddling?
